(b) On June 12, 2025, William C. Geary, II, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Communications & Security Solutions, notified WESCO International, Inc. (the “Company”) that he is resigning from the Company to accept another position. The Company is appointing Dirk Naylor as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Communications & Security Solutions.
