Item 1.01.

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On October 10, 2025, EFCAR, LLC, Wilmington Trust Company, Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6, Exeter Holdings Trust 2022-6 and Citibank, N.A. entered into an Omnibus Amendment, as acknowledged and agreed to by Exeter Finance LLC, constituting (i) Amendment No. 1 to that certain Amended and Restated Trust Agreement of Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6, dated as of November 15, 2022, and (ii) Amendment No. 1 to that certain Indenture, dated as of November 15, 2022, for the purpose of documenting the right, but not the obligation, of the holders of the equity of Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6 to make capital contributions to Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6.

On October 10, 2025, Exeter Finance LLC, EFCAR, LLC and Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6 entered into a Capital Contribution Agreement, as acknowledged and agreed to by Citibank, N.A., as indenture trustee, pursuant to which EFCAR, LLC, as a holder of the equity of Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6, may make a capital contribution to Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2022-6.
