Insight Capital Partners III, L.P. and Insight Capital Partners (Cayman) III, L.P. also disposed of 661,437 and 67,110 shares of common stock of the issuer, respectively, to their respective partners on a pro rata basis. The remaining shares of common stock of the issuer held by the above-referenced Insight entities are subject to sale pursuant to stock trading plans adopted by such entities in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Act of 1934, as amended. Mr. Sobiloff is a managing member of Insight Venture Associates III, L.L.C., the general partner of each of the above-referenced Insight funds.
