On August 5, August 11, and August 19, 2011, the Board of Directors of the issuer granted the reporting person three-year warrants exercisable at $3.00 per share to purchase 100,000, shares, 40,000 shares and 40,000 shares, respectively, or a total of 180,000 warrants. On May 4, 2012, the issuer's board extended the expiration date of the aforementioned 180,000 warrants to May 4, 2017 and lowered the exercise price of said warrants to $1.00 per share.
