Re: Material Fact. Publication of new Tariff Charts.

Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), to report that on June 30, 2025, the Argentine Gas Regulatory Body (“ENARGAS”) issued Resolution no. 421/2025 (“Resolution 421”) -published in the Argentine Official Gazette on this date- whereby it approved new Tariff Charts applicable to tgs.

Said charts includes the following updates:

1)Monthly adjustment using the mechanism established by Resolution no. 241/2025 issued by the Energy Bureau and approved by the ENARGAS through Resolution no 350/2025, which applies an adjustment formula based on the evolution of the Argentine Consumer Price Index (IPC) (50%) and the Argentine Wholesale Price Index (IPIM) (50%) published by the Argentine National Statistics Board (INDEC). The monthly adjustment calculus amounts to 0.62%.

2)The increase established for transportation services, provided for as a result of the five-year tariff review -Section 5 of ENARGAS Resolution no. 256/2025-.
