(“tgs” or the “Company”), in order to inform that, on June 11, 2026, S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”) resolved to upgrade the Company’s long-term local and foreign currency debt ratings from “B-” to “B”, following a revision of Argentina’s transfer and convertibility risk assessment.
