Units of common stock are credited to the reporting persons account. The Plan has previously been filed on Form 8K and the persons participation has been reported annually in the Company's Proxy Statement. The reporting person was not aware that these transaction also required reporting under Section 16. The reporting person is now reporting on an aggregate basis on Form 5. Between January 2006 and December 31, 2015 there were 7,656 units acquired in their account. The price at which units were acquired ranged from $5.14 and $10.91
