Section 7 - Regulation FD

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 17, 2022, American Church Mortgage Company retained Georgeson, LLC to assist with the solicitation of proxies in connection with the special meeting of shareholders scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2022 at 10:00 am. The cost of such engagement is not expected to exceed $20,000 and will be borne by the Company.
