Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein is the text of the press release of National Instruments Corporation (“NI”), dated July 27, 2023, regarding the unaudited financial results for NI’s second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023.

On July 27, 2023, NI announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.28 per share payable on August 29, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2023. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
