On October 16, 2012, the Board of Directors of Cullman Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of October 31, 2012, and will be paid on or about November 15, 2012.
