Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Securities Holders

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Eagle Financial Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 28, 2020. The matters listed below were submitted to a vote of the stockholders through the solicitation of proxies, and the proposals are described in detail in the Proxy Statement. Of the 1,589,558 shares outstanding and entitled to vote, 1,237,268 shares were present at the meeting in person or by proxy. All proposals voted on were approved by the stockholders. The final results of the stockholder vote are as follows:

1.	The election of two directors of the Company, to serve for three-year terms and until their successors are elected and qualified.
