Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On May 25, 2021, the Boards of Directors of TEB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. (the “Bank”) appointed existing Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Thomas Sattler as Executive Vice President, effective June 1, 2021.

In addition, on May 25, 2021, the Boards of Directors appointed Mr. Sattler as a director of each entity, effective October 1, 2021. The appointment is being made in connection with the retirement of Director Otto Radke from the Board of Directors of each entity, which will be effective September 30, 2021.
