Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The TIAA Real Estate Account (the “Account” or the “Registrant”) prepares materials (the “Fact Sheet”) for its investors and other interested parties so that such investors and interested parties may receive a summary of key performance and holdings information with respect to the Account.

The most recently prepared Fact Sheet, relating to the performance and holdings of the Account through December 31, 2025, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
