On October 9, 2009, John Deere Owner Trust 2009-B publicly issued $272,100,000 of its Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, $200,000,000 of its Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes, $211,000,000 of its Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes and $43,860,000 of its Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes pursuant to the registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form S-3 (File No. 333-151821) on June 20, 2008 (as amended by pre-effective amendment no. 1 on August 14, 2008). In that connection, as described in the Prospectus Supplement dated October 1, 2009 and the Prospectus dated August 15, 2008, which were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to its Rule 424(b)(5) on October 2, 2009, the Registrant is filing the final forms of the agreements listed below under exhibits.
