As members of Kestrel, none of Mr. Vermylen, The Robin C. Vermylen 2016 Irrevocable Trust and The Paul A. Vermylen, Jr. 2015 Irrevocable Trust held a pecuniary interest in the common units of Star Group held by Kestrel prior to the in-kind distribution.
- [F2]The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of the securities for Section 16 or any other purpose.
