- [F1]Deutsche Bank AG acquired beneficial ownership of 3,780,600 shares of Emerson Radio Corp's common stock on March 1, 2010 upon the default of The Grande Holdings Limited and Deutsche Bank AG's exercise of its rights under a pledge from S&T International Distribution Ltd. (the "Pledgor") which had pledged those shares to Deutsche Bank AG in connection with The Grande Holding Limited's obligations, as reflected in the Form 3 filed by Deutsche Bank AG on March 9, 2010. This filing reflects the redemption and release of that pledge and the resulting return of the remaining shares to Pledgor which became effective on April 2, 2013, after which Deutsche Bank AG ceased having beneficial ownership of any of those shares.
