On June 5, 2018, the Reporting Person was granted 25,000 RSUs which vest on the day before the first anniversary of the grant date (the "Vesting Date"), provided that the Reporting Person's service as a director of the Company continues to such date. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive, at settlement, one share of Wireless Telecom Group (WTT) Common Stock subject to vesting of said unit.
