Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 30, 2009, Siouxland Ethanol, LLC (the “Registrant”) entered into a Tenth Amendment to Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement Amendment”) which amends the Credit Agreement that the Registrant entered into on May 4, 2006 with Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA and Farm Credit Services of America, PCA, as previously amended on October 27, 2006, May 24, 2007, September 25, 2007, April 11, 2008, June 30, 2008, January 30,2009, February 19, 2009 and May 15, 2009 (the “Credit Agreement”). The Credit Agreement provides, among other things, for a $3,500,000 line of credit which the Registrant uses primarily to finance grain hedging contracts (the “Line of Credit”). Under the Credit Agreement Amendment, the final maturity date of the Line of Credit has been extended to March 1, 2010.

The remainder of the material terms of the Credit Agreement remain in effect and were not affected by the Credit Agreement Amendment.
