Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 3, 2009, Community Bancorp (the “Company”) announced by press release that Community Bank of Nevada filed amended Reports of Condition and Income (“Call Reports”) with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for the fourth quarter of 2008 and first quarter of 2009. The second quarter 2009 reports were also filed. A copy of the press release is attached hereto.
