On March 31, 2010, Greenville Federal Financial Corporation issued a press release announcing its intention to complete the previously announced plan to terminate the registration of its common stock and suspend its filing obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the Corporation’s press release dated March 31, 2010, is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
