On April 26, 2010, Greenville Federal Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing the Corporation’s financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010. On April 26, 2010, the Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock to be paid on May 14, 2010, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2010.
