As previously announced, Nuveen Investments will host a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2010 results on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 10:00 am central time. The following schedules summarize the Company’s results and are intended to accompany the conference call. Table 1 details sales, net flows, and assets under management for the first quarter of 2010 and all quarters in 2009. Table 2 reconciles Adjusted EBITDA as defined by our Bank Credit Agreement to income before taxes for Q1 2010, Q1 2009 and the last twelve month period, which includes the last three quarters of 2009 and the first quarter of 2010.
