On June 2, 2008, Restore Medical issued a press release announcing it has set a date for a special meeting of its stockholders for July 16, 2008. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 6, 2008, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
