- [F1]On June 23, 2009, Josie Acquisition Company ("Josie"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ixia, acquired 10,798,897 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 (the "Shares"), of Catapult Communications Corporation ("Catapult") pursuant to an offer to purchase (the "Offer") all of the outstanding common stock of Catapult. Following completion of the Offer, Josie merged with and into Catapult on June 23, 2009, causing Catapult to become a direct and wholly owned subsidiary of Ixia.
