- [F1]The reporting person, as trustee of the Continued Trust for Shari Arison Dorsman, the Continued Trust for Micky Arison, the Continued Trust for Michael Arison, the Michael Arison 1999 Irrevocable Delaware Trust and The Micky Arison 1997 Holdings Trust and as co-trustee of The Ted Arison 1992 Irrevocable Trust for Lin No. 2 (the "Trust for Lin"), The Ted Arison 1994 Irrevocable Trust for Shari No. 1 and The Ted Arison Charitable Trust (collectively, the "Arison Trusts"), exercises certain voting and dispositive powers with respect to the Common Stock of Carnival Corporation held by such trusts. This report is being filed to reflect the sale of shares by the Trust for Lin.
- [F2]The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Arison Trusts and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person beneficially owns any of the securities held by the Arison Trusts. The reporting person has no pecuniary interest in the securities held by the Arison Trusts and will no longer report ownership of such securities for purposes of Section 16.
