- [F1]On June 18, 2008, all of the Reporting Person's issued Deferred Stock Units ("DSUs") vested due to the Reporting Person's resignation from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. (the "Company"). On July 8, 2008, the Company issued 51,614 shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, in settlement of vested DSUs. Fractional DSUs were settled in cash.
