On August 8, 2022, Renovacor, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. As set forth below, the Company is furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
