Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

At the Annual Meeting on August 2 2023, Vericity’s shareholders voted on proposals to (i) elect seven (7) directors to serve until the next annual meeting and until each such director’s successor is elected and qualified; and (ii) ratify the Audit Committee’s selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2023.
