Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 23, 2024, Cambridge Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release in which it disclosed unaudited financial information for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. The press release also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.67 per share. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Exhibit”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
