Subject to the Reporting Person continuing as a Service Provider (as defined in the Issuer's 2021 Stock Incentive Plan (the "Plan")) through such date, 100% of the RSUs shall vest on the earlier of the one-year anniversary of the date of grant or on the date of the annual meeting of the Issuer's stockholders following the date of grant.
