Subject to the Reporting Person's continuing as a Service Provider (as defined in the Issuer's 2021 Stock Incentive Plan (the "Plan")) through each applicable vesting date, (i) with respect to 3,512 RSUs, one-third (1/3rd) of such RSUs shall vest on each annual anniversary of the Grant Date and (ii) 4,878 RSUs shall vest in full on January 1, 2025.
