Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 7, 2024, KLDiscovery Inc. (“KLDiscovery” or the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three months ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
