Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one common share of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. The RSUs shall vest in full on May 23, 2025, subject to the reporting person's continued service through such vesting date. The number of RSUs was calculated based on the closing price of $1.48 per share of common share on August 29, 2024.
