- [F1]Mr. Leykum resigned from the board of directors (the "Board") of Ranger Energy Services, Inc. (the "Issuer") effective November 1, 2024. The Board determined to (i) accelerate the vesting of 6,262 restricted stock units granted to Mr. Leykum on July 25, 2024 and (ii) settle 2,683 restricted stock units granted to Mr. Leykum on July 25, 2024 in cash in connection with his resignation from the Board.
- [F2]2,055,830 shares are held by CSL Energy Opportunities Fund II, L.P. ("CSL OII") and 1,469,170 shares are held by CSL Energy Opportunities Offshore Fund II, L.P. ("Offshore Fund II). CSL Energy Opportunity GP II, LLC ("CSL GP II") is the general partner of each of CSL OII and Offshore Fund II. CSL Capital Management, L.P. ("CSL Capital Management") is the investment advisor to CSL GP II. CSL CM GP, LLC ("CSL CM GP") is the general partner of CSL Capital Management. Mr. Leykum is the managing member of CSL GP II and CSL CM GP. Mr. Leykum disclaims beneficial ownership of such reported securities in excess of his pecuniary interest therein.
