Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 4, 2024, the Board of Directors of J.Jill, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on January 9, 2025 to stockholders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock as of December 26, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the Dividend has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
