- [F1]The original Form 4 filed on March 17, 2025 on behalf of the Reporting Person inadvertently understated the number of restricted stock units ("RSUs") reported in Column 4 of Table I due to a scrivener's error. This amendment is being filed to correct the number of RSUs granted to the reporting person as of the original transaction date from 306,220 RSUs to 315,789 RSUs. Represents shares of common stock underlying a time-based RSU. The RSU vests with respect to 25% of the shares on March 1, 2026, with the remainder vesting in equal quarterly installments over the following three years, provided that the Reporting Person has provided continuous service to the Issuer through the applicable vesting date.
