Management Retirement

On March 24, 2025, LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. (“Lexin” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LX), a leading technology-empowered personal financial service enabler in China, announced that Mr. Jared Yi Wu has indicated his intention to retire from the position of president of the Company, effective on March 24, 2025. Mr. Wu will remain as a director of the board of directors and also serve as a senior advisor to the Company following his retirement.
