On April 18, 2025, BV Financial, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for BayVanguard Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
