On June 1, 2025, Tim Van Hauwermeiren resigned from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of iTeos Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company"), effective immediately. Mr. Van Hauwermeiren’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement between him and the Company, its management, the Board or any committee of the Board.
