Strategic Partners VII is the managing member of each of PSA Healthcare Investment Holding LLC ("PSA Healthcare") and PSA Iliad Holdings LLC ("PSA Iliad Holdings," and, collectively with JHW VII and PSA Healthcare, the "Stockholder Entities").
