On June 30, 2025, Apollo Infrastructure Company LLC (the “Company”) declared distributions on the following types of the Company’s outstanding shares for each of Apollo Infrastructure Company LLC - Series I (“Series I”) and Apollo Infrastructure Company LLC - Series II (“Series II”), in the amounts per share set forth below:
