~~Item~~On ~~5.02~~July ~~Departure~~22, 2025, the Board of Directors orof ~~Certain~~Home ~~Officers;~~Federal ~~Election~~Savings and Loan Association of ~~Directors;~~Grand ~~Appointment~~Island, the wholly-owned subsidiary of ~~Certain~~Central ~~Officers;~~Plains ~~Compensatory~~Bancshares, ~~Arrangements~~Inc. extended the terms of ~~Certain~~the ~~Officers~~Change in Control Agreements with each of Lisa Harris, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and Kurt Haecker, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, such that the terms of the Change in Control Agreements expire on October 24, 2028. There were no other changes to the Change in Control Agreements.

~~On April 29, 2025, the Boards of Directors of Central Plains Bancshares, Inc~~. (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island (the “Bank”) appointed Danny Garness as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank, effective May 20, 2025.

Mr.Item Garness, age 53, has over 25 years’ banking experience, including serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Field & Main Bank, headquartered in Henderson, Kentucky, where he started working in 2016, and Senior Vice President/Commercial Lending Officer of First Security Bank, headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, beginning in 20109.
