On July 25, 2025, HCA Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other matters, its results of operations for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, the text of which is set forth as Exhibit 99.1.

On July 25, 2025, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.72 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2025.
