On July 25, 2025, Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a teleconference at 8:30 am Eastern Time on August 1, 2025, to discuss the Company’s financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
