Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 28, 2025, Xperi Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain preliminary financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, and updated its financial outlook for fiscal year 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results and other information regarding its financial condition is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
