ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

We announce that we have completed both the construction and initial testing of the Stainless Steel master mold and related electronics for our HyPro 1 series of hydrogen generating modules for the transportation and automotive manufacturing industries.

Commercial manufacturing of the HyPro 1 Hydrogen Generating Module in production quantities is expected to commence shortly.
