The options were originally granted on July 31, 2003, and December 2, 2003, respectively, and provide for vesting in 36 equal monthly installments that commenced one month after the date of grant. The original exercise price of $2.00 per share for all shares that could be purchased under the original options was revised to $1.50 per share for the first 1/3 of the shares purchased, $1.75 per share for the next 1/3, and $2.00 per share for the final portion of the options.
