Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of Security Land & Development Corporation declared a cash dividend of $ 0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 1, 2019.
