As a result, Sun Crafts Retail may be deemed to have indirect beneficial ownership of the 2,671,199 shares of Common Stock of the issuer owned directly by Crafts Acquisition. Sun Crafts Retail expressly disclaims beneficial ownership of any shares of Common Stock of the issuer.
