On February 16, 2012, Mr. Nai Sung Chou resigned as the President of the Board of Directors of Landmark Energy Enterprise Inc (“Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Chou’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
